What to Expect

I read every email personally. There's no support team or ticket system — it's just me, Martin. That means responses are genuine but might take a bit.

Typical response time: within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekend messages get answered Monday morning. If you're reporting a bug that breaks something, I'll try to fix it the same day.

When reporting a bug, it really helps if you include your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari...), device type (phone, tablet, desktop), and what you were doing when the issue happened. Screenshots are great too.
